Our remote programs provide career continuation services for employees in distant geographic locations. Candidates can access our Optīmance™ Employment Talk, our proprietary interactive online career center that provides career resources, company information, resume tutorials and learning modules that a career consultant can customize and "push" directly onto the candidate's desktop.

Candidates will also have access to a career consultant via email and by phone who monitors their progress and provides direction and support.
