on solid market planning strategies and structured on the application of proven
project management principles within the career continuation process. This
approach is designed to assist our candidates in optimizing their efforts
in a career continuation campaign. At CCG, we call this the "SNAPP™"
process. Attending Career Project Management Team meetings assists candidates
in focusing on key tasks, setting goals and monitoring individual and team
progress goals.

- Might group process facilitate your "taking charge" of your
own, productive campaign activities and effort?
- Are you actively and productively engaged in job search strategies and
tactics?
- Have you attended the "Career Project Management" focus group?
Do you have any thoughts or questions regarding your commitment to accountability
for productive activities?
Participation in a Career Project Management Team involves a sequence of steps,
and committed participation in Team meetings, to aid our candidates in the
implementation of and productivity within their personal market plans. These
steps are sequential and meant to both complement and supplement our consultant
driven career continuation programming.
